I’m currently based in Barcelona, Spain, but I work with clients all over the world. All projects work remotely, with communication by call, messaging or email.

I work with purpose-driven brands and conscious founders, so people who care about making a positive impact. My clients are often in wellness, sustainable fashion, community projects, boutique hospitality, coaching, and social impact.

How long does a project take?

Most branding services take 2–6 weeks, semi-custom packages are ready in about a week, and websites usually take 1–3 weeks. The free soundscapes in my first edition collection are available for immediate download. While we prepare to start a project together, I'll propose a timeline based on our combined schedules. If you have a specific deadline in mind, just let me know and we’ll work together to make it happen.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

If you’re not sure what services you need, that’s totally fine. After you fill in the project enquiry form, we'll have a short discovery call to better understand where you’re at, what you’re building, and what you need most right now. From there, I’ll recommend the best-fit service (and a clear next step) so it feels simple and grounded.

How involved will I be in the process?

I believe in working closely together, consistently inviting your feedback to ensure you love your brand. That being said, you'll be as involved as you’d like to be. At the start, I’ll ask how you prefer to communicate (calls vs written), and how often you’d like check-ins, and I’ll take that into consideration when building our timeline. You’ll have scheduled periods to share input and feedback, with the rest kept simple through email or messaging.

How do I get started with Själ Studio?

Fill in my project enquiry form to give me an introduction to your business and project. We’ll set up a discovery call to chat about your business, goals and vision. From there, I’ll guide you through the next steps, making sure the process feels clear and easy.

What are your prices?

My pricing depends on the scope, timeline, and what you need support with (branding, web, or sound) and I always try to be as transparent as possible. Most projects fall within a clear package range, and I’ll share a tailored proposal after our discovery call. If you have a budget in mind, you can tell me upfront, and I’m happy to suggest the best-fit option.

How do payments work?

Typically, I’ll require a 50% deposit to secure your start date. The remaining balance is then split into a 25% midpoint and 25% final payment, or just a 50% final payment, depending on the total project investment. For small projects like individually designed assets, I'll require the full payment upfront.

Question 9

What do you need from me to start?

A clear idea of what you’re building, who it’s for, and what “success” looks like for you. If you already have any existing branding, a website, or inspiration references, those are helpful too.

What’s included in a branding project?

It depends on the package, but most branding projects include a strategy guide, a visual identity (logo suite, colours, typography), and practical brand assets like social media templates. For specific details see my Custom Branding or Semi-custom Branding pages.

How many revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (shared before we start). I keep the process collaborative and structured, so feedback feels easy and we don’t end up stuck in endless tweaking. If you need extra support beyond what’s included, you can always invest in additional revision rounds.

Will I be able to update things myself afterwards?

If this is a requirement for you, let me know during our discovery call. Upon delivery, I’ll hand over your final files in a clear, organised way, and if we’re working on a website I’ll make sure you feel confident updating the basics. If you’d rather not touch it, you can also book ongoing support.

Do you work with startups or smaller budgets?

Absolutely, especially when the values and vision are aligned. If full custom work isn’t the right fit right now, I may suggest a smaller starting point (like a semi-custom option) that still gives you something beautiful and professional.
